Society for Pediatric Radiology Research and Education Foundation Seed Grant
The Research and Education Foundation of the Society for Pediatric Radiology annually offers funds to foster research and education in pediatric radiology. The deadlines are October 15 and March 15 each year.
The purpose of the Seed Grant award is to assist investigators in defining objectives and testing hypotheses before they apply for major grants from corporations, foundations or government agencies. Any area of radiology-related research is acceptable, but the Foundation Board may also announce priorities annually.
Amount: One-year grant of $10,000 or less to support a specific research project. No salary support will be provided.
Beginning in 2008, each year, the SPR REF Board may award a John Dorst - Felix Fleischner Seed Grant in Thoracic Pediatric Radiology
