National Association for Healthcare Quality Certification Grant
The HQF Certification Grant awards financial assistance to healthcare quality professionals who have not yet attained the CPHQ credential by sponsoring their fee to take the exam. The total number of awards and amount of award will be determined annually by the HQF Board of Trustees. Completed applications must be received at NAHQ's office by April 30, 2010.
