Cummings PSYCHE Prize
This prize recognizes a psychologist whose career has expanded the role of the psychologist as a primary care provider working side-by-side with primary care physicians in the setting of organized systems of healthcare delivery.
The annual prize of $50,000 is given to an individual whose career exemplifies the integration of behavior and physical healthcare.

Nominees must
* Be licensed practicing psychologists with a minimum of 10 years of experience
* Work in an integrated primary care setting rather than in a collaborative practice
* Be involved in a comprehensive medical setting rather than in a specialized program dealing with one disease or one issue (e.g., diabetes, cancer, heart, obesity)
* Demonstrate a record of past accomplishments as well as future plans to expand the acceptance of psychologists as behavioral care providers working alongside and co-located with physicians in the primary care settings of healthcare systems
