ASTRO/AAPM Radiation Oncology Physics Residency Training GrantASTRO and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine have established a program to promote the development of radiation physics residency programs, leading to more graduates and more qualified professionals entering the work force. The purpose of the grant is to provide assistance to newly established programs working toward accreditation. ASTRO and AAPM will award up to $72,000 each year in total funding. Individual program grants will not exceed $12,000. The application deadline for this award is June 15, 2009.
