Founders Grant for Research in Hand Therapy
Purpose: To promote meaningful research in hand therapy through the funding of one or more grants awarded annually in the total combined maximum amount of $5,000.
Eligibility: Practitioners, graduate students, or tenured/untenured faculty at accredited occupational/physical therapy programs are eligible for the award. Note: Members of the Grant Review Committee are not eligible for the award during the year (s) for which they serve as reviewers.
Scope of Research: The focus of the research must be within the domain of hand therapy. The Research Division of the American Society of Hand Therapists has the right and responsibility of verifying the appropriateness of the proposed research.
The deadline to apply is July 16, 2013.
